		<description>Thank you for responding, Ren.  After some deliberation I removed the 50% reference and changed it to "half".  The CIA figure seems a little low, but the term "mixed" is fairly loaded and many mixed people often identify with one group or another. I have read 47% Indian and 47% black elsewhere, which is essentially a breakdown if you blend the mixed category.  Nonetheless, this proves my point that Trinis are hardly some monolithic group.  The same can be said for Jamaica, though to a lesser extent.</description>
